Your Body Conversation Exercise

 

Think about this for a moment for yourself. What kinds of things do you find yourself saying or thinking about your body, especially as it relates to the problem that prompted you to buy Ally? What’s your side of that conversation? And what do you imagine your body might be saying?

Grab your journal and write down 5-10 things that you say to or think about your body. Then write 5-10 things that you think you’re body might be “saying/thinking”. Just let your imagination run wild here; get creative. There are no right or wrong answers.  If you feel like you don’t know what your body is “saying”, just start by making things up. What do you imagine your body might possibly be saying?
